Shipping

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

All orders are shipped using UPS Ground Delivery; delivery is usually 1-5 business days, depending on your location. To calculate estimated shipping charges to your location, just add items to your cart, then click the

estimate shipping button.

Currently, online ordering is for available for Continental United States addresses only. When shipping to a country other than the United States, you must order by phone, (212) 759-5640. Product prices and delivery charges may vary by country.

Returns

We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problem with your order, simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note that we only accept returns on items that are unopened, unless the product is damaged or defective. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue the refund within 10 days.
