It’s a power within you that is activated at your  most crucial times, to either help you rise anew or burn with the old. The Phoenix is a symbol of Immortality and it bursts into flames at the end of a cycle within its life – or lives, only to rise from its ashes anew. The symbolic challenges the Phoenix/Man faces are Man verses Self  and Man verses Nature. The Phoenix stands symbolically for Nature and Man’s seen as having greed for profit.

The lesson is that the Phoenix/Man goes to extremes to gain those desires and profits which leads him to disrupt Nature and disturbs the natural order of things. He does this by taking circumstances and control into his own hands, regardless of Nature’s Laws. In the end, Man perishes in the Phoenix’s flame and  a new Phoenix/Man is reborn out of the ashes, much more beautiful than before. The Phoenix has  come to symbolize rebirth or resurrection and “rising from one’s own ashes” can describe  surmounting great obstacles.

Here in this suffering, all previous beliefs are called into question. They are consumed in the fire sparked and fueled by our own illusions. The pain becomes the ashes we are now entombed in. It is only when we find ourselves at this most imprisoned of junctures, that we emerge again, the phoenix of our very life which is ever so much more beautiful than the last one. TEAL

The Synthesizer’s Meta-Type’s strongest adversary is STRESS. It slows the Synthesizer Meta-Type’s metabolism down to a “snail’s pace”. They begin to gain weight, their depressions set in and they end up with fatigue and lethargy. Their already slow immune system almost crashes and they become the “veritable couch potatoes” becoming sluggish, then ill.

Synthesizers are ruled by their emotions and can easily lose sight of reality and logic. They can become “emotionally overwhelmed” plunging them into emotional denial and triggering depressions. This state keeps them in the Stress Response’s 2nd Stage of Resistance which leads to depressive moods, then illnesses!

The Synthesizers must also learn to let their emotions flow into rational thinking processes which will help them release their emotions and end the Stress Response. Mixed Synthesizers

As a Mixed Synthesizer, you are under the specific domination of the yin parasympathetic nervous system and your meta-type is the only one that receives almost equally strong impulses from your complementary yang sympathetic nervous system. Therefore, your Meta-Type acts as the “bridge” integrating both nervous systems, as well as their aspects but is governed by your dominant parasympathetic system. You predominately feel with a powerful emotional nature but have a strong pull towards the intellectual Accelerator side which gives you potent intellectual powers such as clear thinking, along with rational and linear perceptions.

Consequently, your Sex Glands, the dominant endocrine glands for your Meta-Type DO NOT need “outside” stimulation! They get plenty of stimulation from your own “power glands”, the Sex Glands as well as your Synthesizer Meta-mates, the pituitary (Synthesizer) and pancreas glands (Balanced Synthesizer) which are governed by your own thought processes and emotional reactions.

If you, as a Mixed Synthesizer Meta-Type have become entrenched in a state of hyper-activity due to your body’s response to stress, that’ll trigger your “power endocrine glands”, your sex glands, to over-produce their hormones. Consequently, with an over-abundance of sex hormones flooding your body may cause a sharp rise in your already high libido and may even stimulate sugar cravings in the form of alcohol or other addictive substances and you’ll also gain weight. Those hormones may also stimulate the outburst of held-in emotions such as anger, rage, anxiety and other emotional outbursts – rather volcanic outbursts.

If you’ve become rooted in this hyperactive state, you can easily flip up into the energetic pattern of the Mixed Accelerator Meta-Type’s energetic patterns which will cause you to have a very difficult time with great battles between your heart and your head. You’ll have trouble sleeping and will soon exhaust your thyroid gland, (the Mixed Accelerator’s “power gland”) which can’t sustain the pressure put upon it to service your energetic needs. Your metabolism will slow to a snail’s pace the pounds will pile on.

If you, as a Mixed Synthesizer Meta-Type have plunged down into a hypo-active state (what goes up must come down), you’ll flip down into the energies of the energetic patterns of the Balanced Synthesizer Meta-Type. You can easily plunge down into forms of depressive emotionality, your pancreas may weaken (Balanced Synthesizer “power gland”); your blood sugar levels rise and quickly fall becoming unstable and hypoglycemia soon develops while your weight increases. From the erratic rise and fall of your sex hormones, your moods will drastically fluctuate seemingly without cause and you can have severe fatigue.

To Recover, Let Your Phoenix Rise:

First and foremost, you MUST integrate your Meta-Type Cuisine and Lifestyle Plan and Supplement Regime into your life immediately! These plans contain all the nutrients desperately needed by your Meta-Type to keep you energized, relaxed, calm and balanced. This is accomplished by balancing your sky-rocketing sex gland’s hormone production and bringing your insulin levels and thyroid hormone production back into balance. Secondly, you must bring BALANCED ACTION back into your life and take instant steps to get back in touch with your biggest power sources, your ability to integrate your powerful emotions with your sharp intellect! And, you must learn how to properly react to and control your stressors! To heal, you MUST DO stimulating and creative work. You most easily do this through verbalizing your emotions by acting, journaling, creative writing or painting. Then integrate your emotions with your intense intellect and follow your wisdom!

Thirdly, it is imperative that you MUST DO EXERCISE! You must get up and out!

One of the best ways to accomplish this is to integrate some type of movement or exercise into your lifestyle to help release your body’s tensions. But you DON’T need the type of exercise that slows down your already slower body’s energies, such as Yoga or Tai Chi. Your Meta-Type gets easily bored with exercise, so to keep your interest, your exercise movements should be in the form of creative movements such as Jazz, Dance Classes, Zumba, Dancercise, or Power Yoga. These movements will enable you to instantly be back in touch with your Self! These types of movements empower you to unleash your energies, your focus and concentration which will pull you right back into yourself. These forms of movement energize and balance you, while helping to integrate your powerful feelings and your critical mind.

Fourth, since your path has been opened for you to reach and balance your emotions first, then integrate them with your thinking mind, you’ll have the options to calmly examine your challenges, your stressors, your failures and your disappointments through your practices of Jazz, Dance Classes, Zumba, Dancercise, or Power Yoga along with your own specialized eating and supplement programs. Now you need to discover how to reset your Life.

You must re-group and center yourself. The best way to do this is to engage in some type of creative work that enables you to express your emotions, whether negative or positive, in a constructive way! One way is to take time in the evening or morning (if you’re not rushing off to work) and sit quietly, reflect on your day, your thoughts and your feelings. Dream interpretation, acting, journaling, creative writing, creative expression in the forms of painting, drawing, using colors, singing or just expressing what you feel and writing it down is a terrific way of getting back in touch with “Your Inner Self”. Don’t read what you’ve just written. Put it away. Then read it before you begin your next day’s journaling or creative work. You’ll be AMAZED at the insights you’ll find out about yourself. Take enough time to nurture yourself.

This is also the time to re-evaluate where you are in life; what do you want from your life; what old habit patterns no longer work for you; what challenges are you facing; what failures have you experienced and why; what sadness and pain are you holding onto; are you happy and why? Are you unhappy and why; what could you do to change your life to the one you really want? Can you let your old wounds, hurts, failures, disappointments, heartbreaks GO?
