The Number One complaint I hear (more of a groan!) when people come to me complaining about low energy, low libido, weight loss, lethargy and depression and I tell them to exercise is “Oh, noooooo! You might make grand plans, but you won’t find yourself sticking with it until you find the right type, time and system for moving your body in ways that support your meta-type. Look at the lazy folks that take an escalator to their gym! If only they knew their meta-type, surely they’d be bounding up the stairs, two at a time!
